Cooking packages

Length of session: 2.5-3 hrs (150-180 mins)

Place: your own home kitchen

Ingredients: you provide all the ingredients based on an agreed shopping list.

COOKING Session contents*:

Option A.

Weekly meal prep based on your dietitian’s or your own meal plan and recommendations. 

  • Prep and storage of vegetables

  • Prep and storage of proteins

  • Cooking methods of different classes of ingredients (ex. greens, fish, chicken etc.)

  • Recipe development based on the meal plan (whole dishes, garnishes, sides etc)

Option B.

General cooking techniques based on your experience level and day-to-day needs.

  • Preparation of green vegetables / root vegetables

  • Preparation of rice and pasta

  • Eggs

  • Basic home made stocks and soups/ mother sauces

  • Chicken butchery, cuts and uses

  • Duck/ beef/ pork/ lamb/ fish/ seafood/ ofalls

  • Keto cooking

  • Healthy breakfast formulas

  • Lunchbox masterclass

  • Healthy special occasion meals

SWIMMING Packages

Length of session: 65-70 min (with the exception of the initial assessment session, which is 75-90 min)

Place: Any 20+m pool

Gear: swimmers, goggles, other favourite gear (fins, paddles etc.)

Special equipment: underwater ZYGO audio system provided by trainer.

  • Solo swimming without support & without break + feedback (15 minutes)

  • Trainer-supported swimming without break + feedback (15 minutes)

  • Underwater audio system-supported accelerated swimming without break + feedback (15 minutes)

  • Optional supported swimming without break (15 minutes)

  • Conclusions and recommendations (10 minutes)
