Our fresh pasta is made by local Chef Emmanuel Beylet, from Pepeleonskitchen and, in some of our clients’ words, might just well be ‘the best pasta on the Sunshine Coast’. No need to take our word for it - just book-in and make up your own mind. Gluten free pasta is always available. To complement our main dishes, you might also want to try Chef Vio’s three times baked New York Cheesecake (also affectionately dubbed “ The Uhmmm” from the delighted reaction many of our customers have when they try it for the first time).
